Chips if you're his friend and in on his secret. Dorian Johnson if you're his birth certificate. The Homeless if you only know him as a posthuman title or if you genuinely want to piss him off. He used to live in England, before the best part of it sank beneath the sea; now he's stuck with Steve and Lu in a despot's vision of the near-apocalypse. Ironically enough, he started the use of the "Homeless" name himself, before the island became entirely uninhabitable and he lost the hope of going back there one day that had made his forced emmigration less painful.
Biokinesis is something he's always been able to do, though it's taken him a great deal of trial and error and long practice to be able to put it to any practical application. He studied biology to try to understand it, but failed miserably at the subject and retrained as a chef instead.
Chips wasn't anything you could really call a superhero before he met Steve and Lu; in fact, you'd be more likely to refer to him as a bit of an asshole. Steve called off their on-again-off-again relationship when Chips turned out to have been applying his biokinesis to a less-than-savoury manipulation of hormones and endorphins, though the former persuaded Lu not to kick the latter out of the group entirely. Chips harbours a good deal of self-disgust over that whole episode, but don't expect him to tell you about it.
